I believe Angeu is a Celtic, not Gaelic, word. If Celtic pronunciation is the similar to Welsh, as I presume it is because the two are so linked, then you would pronounce it [ang-eh-ee] with the 'ee' being said at the back of the throat. :D
Aingeal, Aingealag [eing-gal, eing-galag] ei = 'eye'
If it is short for Angela, it is Aingeal [ang-yal] in Irish.
In Irish it's Aingeal
Aingeal
In Scottish Gaelic: Albannach In Irish Gaelic: Albanach
in Scottish Gaelic it is An galar dighe-ruithe.
No special Scottish Gaelic spelling.
Modern Irish and Scottish Gaelic would not spell a word that way: perhaps you mean "dearcadh"? Or Old Irish?
In the Irish, Roibeard; in the Scottish Gaelic, Raibeart.
