well dont tell the person whos interviewing you stuff about things you like or personal stuff. tell them where you went to school, if you've ever had a job before, what your good at, sports or activities you were involved in, and your strong points but keep it simple dont go into detail and dont lie.
You should always have a 90 second commercial about yourself worked up and well rehearsed. Whenever someone asks for "a little information about yourself" you can launch into it.
The advantage of having it prepared are you hav a coherent statement to make, which showcases your best points.
