Thor's mother's name is Jord. In order to say the name in Danish you have to be comfortable with the Norse Vowel tones. First, The "J" is of course pronounced like a "Y" in English. Then to say the first vowel in Her name, make your mouth like you were going to say "O" and then say "E". The "R" sound is like a roll way in the back of the throat. The second vowel (represented by the "D") is an Æ- wich sounds like the "O's" in the word "good".
So her name is pronounce Y-Ø-R-Æ. The closest thing I can think of in English is the phrase- "You're a..."
It is hard to do if you don't speak a Norse language , but with a little practice, you can do it. Farvel held og lykke (Goodbye, good luck)
In Danish, the mother of Thor is called "Frigg."
Ø is the Danish word for island. If you want to say it in plural, say øer.
" Hvordan har du det? " is how you say "How are you?" in Danish.
" Tusind tak" is how you say "Thousand thanks" in Danish.
Danish is spelled 'danois, danoise' in French.
In Danish, you can say "dig også" to mean 'you too'.

It's impossible to say, if Thor is Danish because Thor is a 'God' in the Nordic Mythology. He has a hammer called 'Mjølner', which is the most powerful weapon in 'Asgård', which is the place the 'good Gods' belong. There's a lot to tell about him (and the other Gods btw.) but he is a warrior and pretty "famous". He has also given his name to the Danish thursday, which called 'Torsdag'.
Odin is the father of Thor. Jord is the mother of Thor.
mor far ;D Hope its good ^^
Thor had a wife and a mistress. His wife, Sif, is the mother of Thrud with Thor, and the mother of Ullr with an unknown father. His mistress, Járnsaxa, is the mother of Magni with Thor, and more than likely the mother of Modi, though it is not mentioned anywhere, since the two of them inherit Thor's hammer when he dies.
