I dont know Japanese so i had to use the English to Japanese translator to answer this question. The phrase "Did you have a good day" translated from English to Japanese is "hi WA genki deshita ka".
there is really no term for good day as in good bye but below is 'a good day'良い一日Yoi ichi-nichi

it's actually "Konnichiwa"... Generally, it means "Hello"... But to be precise, it means "Good day" when said as a greeting... like when you see your neighbor in the morning and go "Good day Mr. Jones!", kinda like that...
