The above is in dialect. In Proper Arabic, the translation is: Madha taf3al hadha al-layl? (ماذا تفعل هذا الليل) where the 3 represents the "ayin" letter which has no equivalent in English and "dh" represents the "th" sound in "them" or "those" but not "think".
