that's easy, if you want in Standard Arabic Language:

yes : نعم ( pronounciation : na'am )

no : لا ( pronounciation : La )

how are you : it depends wether you are talking to a male or female, the writing in Arabic is the same, but the pronounciation is different.

how are you : male : كيف حالك ( pronounciation : kayfa halok )female : كيف حالك ( pronounciation : kayfa haloki )

this was in standard Arabic language ( not slang ), if you want in slang language, it depends on the type of accent you want to talk with, it differs from place to place...:)

This word differs strongly by dialect.

In Proper Arabic, the word for "yes" is "na3am" (نعم).

In many dialects the word "aiwa" (أيوا) is used. In Mesopotamia and the Gulf States, the word "3i" (عي) is used. In Maghreb countries "oui" (وي) from French is used.
