Sinhala is more incident and situation and more subjective language, so the words differ to match the situation , atmospear , purpose, intension and person who you are speaking to.

'You' can be used in different ways
'Oya' - to call your girlfriend, boyfriend or someone you love or respect.
'Nuba' - Litriture way, similar to 'Oya', for a lover.
'Uba' - 'for a dude, close friend, for a guy'
'Tho' - ' Aggressive, in a warm argument - offensive'
'Tha' - ancient , dramatical way of calling for someone lower in status'
'Thopi' - You all, in little offensive way
'Ushmatha' (Male) Ushmathiya (Female) in courts - 'yourself'
