There are several ways to go about saying this:

The most common way would be to say

你是一個很好的人

Nǐ shì yīgè hěn hǎo de rén

But most native speakers would say

你人很好

Nǐ rén hěn hǎo

But both of the above mean the same thing.

And if you want to say, "You have a very good hearted person"

你是一個心地很好的人

Nǐ shì yī ge xīndì hěn hǎo de rén
