What causes sleep?
We do work for 16 hours and our body needs rest at least 8 hours so our body releases an acid known as asmodensia. Then our body slowly gets tired because when we work for 16 hours our body gets tired and needs oxygen for respiration and takes some of oxygen from our mind so our mind gets weak and takes some oxygen from our mouth. In Tamil we say it as 'kottavi' ,we take in very much of breath by our mouth so then our body and mind commands to sleep by taking all the asmodensia and makes the body weak and we sleep.
