If you are talking to someone you are not incredibly familiar with (you use usted with the person), it would be most appropriate to say "sus hijas son bonitas/lindas/bellas/hermosas".

There are many adjectives that can mean beautiful.

However, if you are familiar with the person you are talking to (you use tú with the person, such as a friend or a family member) it would be more appropriate to say "tus hijas son bonitas/lindas/etc..."
