On any of the Sims 2 games you can have a baby as long as it is an adult! You got to watch out though, with seasons during the winter the baby will get cold so if you don't warm it up the social worker will come take your baby.

Nope, can't kill infants, toddlers, or children. Only teens, adults,a nd elders. If the smaller ones are mistreated, the social worker will come and take them away.
