Riding levels are gone now, they don't use them any more.
if you go on your homepage then you will see youre level.
On "Your Riding Level" in the "Player" or whatever thing, you'll see your riding level. Scroll down and you'll see the next level. If you are enough days old, you can take the next riding level exam. Below how old you have to be, it says "And we're off!". Click on it and take the exam.

riding level 2 and you have to be on for 10 days before you can pass that riding level
It is dangerous and you shouldn't use it in PvP. It works the same with same effects but it depends on what your opponent is wielding and wearing to depend if youre going to be powerful. Let's say that youre Level 100. You see Level 50, no armour. Gravite Rapier- *bang* Pwnt. Let's Say is youre Level 50. You see Level 100. *bang* *Lvl 100 turns around* *you hit again with rapier* (hardly any effect) If really just depends on youre opponent's level and their stats like Pure Str Pure Def Pure Atk Or All-Rounder ~Kickabout League

Howrse no longer has riding level tests. Instead, jobs and gifts are based on seniority.
