you can't really sell it, but once a sim moves into the same house as another one, the previous house the sim owned is now up for sale. go to town map and you can either view the house or demolish it , or if you have enough money, give it to another sim !
You have to delete the person who lives there. When you do, you can tap on the house that you want to demolish. There is a list of stuff you can do. Swipe till the very last one. It says demolish house, or something like that. Hope this helped. Sims Freeplay

Follow your goals until you get 20 lifestyle points (if the option to build a house does not come up, you need to go up a level.) Either get the Geek house or the Cinema house (at the very end of the list of houses) and add a sim in. In the Geek house sell all of the computers and in the cinema house sell all of the chairs (not the TV, the chairs, they cost a lot!) and you should be filthy rich! Happy Simming!
