How do you forward a email by MacBook Pro?

First open the email in Microsoft Outlook, which you want to forward and then click on the "Forward" button present in the upper right hand side of the toolbar menu.

In MS Office Outlook, you can only send a message by going to the "New" section and clicking on mail. Type in your information and click send.
