I am not able to send songs through bluetooth to another mobile in DELL XCD35, there is no option to send.
By SD card I'm presuming you mean a memory card, It shouldn't matter if you have one or not as long as you have enough space/memory on your phone, you download the songs the same as you would with one, that can either be off vodafone live or by bluetooth etc.
bluetooth
well if you have bluetooth on your mobile then you can get a bluetooth stick and you plug it into your computer and you can trancefer songs, music.vidos, and so on your mobile
You can use the app I have posted a link to below to send pictures, contact information, and songs to other iPhones using Bluetooth.

Depends on the make of phone, not the network supplier
The Nokia 2720 Fold has a limited amount of memory available to store music files. As a result, you may be changing the uploaded songs frequently. The quickest way to do this is by Bluetooth. Open the settings menu on the Nokia 2720 and launch Bluetooth. Place the handset close to your computer. Access Bluetooth on the computer and sync it with your Nokia 2720. Use the Bluetooth transfer Wizard to send songs to your phone using an MP3 or AAC format. Once the transfer is complete, use the phone's Media Gallery to access your uploaded songs.
You need a smartphone for that. You should be able to use mediafire to download songs to your smartphone using the internet
You can if you use a computer with BitPim in between them.
