On deviantart, you need to go to your userpage to add a webcam shot to your page. When you go to the front page, click 'Edit Page' at the top right cornor. This will bring a pop up of all the options to add. On page two, click the add a webcam button. You will then be shown a black square with an edit button. Click edit and put the link to your picture in the box. Save it, and then click Done.
