When You Unlock Your Phone On The Bottom Right Hand Screen Click The Applications Link , On The First Tab There Is A Link That Says Clock ; Click It , Then Just Click Create An Alarm Then Save When Your Done.

Because there is a hardware issue with the phone. It is a none issue with Verizon and Samsung. You actually need to send the phone to Samsung and have them put in a component. DO NOT do it through Verizon because they will send you another one that does the same thing (and who knows what else).. In the mean time... The way around the problem is to make sure you lock the side keys because when you put the phone down before bed many of us hit a side button by mistake, the phone is not smart enough to continue the time without you going in and hitting a button again to refresh it. So basically if you put the phone down at 11PM then the time won't refresh until you hit a button so you will miss the alarm. AND do not set the alarm to anything that involves 00... For instance if you are trying to get up at 6am then set the alarm at 559am or 6:01am. Hope this helps.
