How do yuo set firing order 92 mercedes 500 sl
you cant, its dont by the computer
You're looking for the "Firing Order" of your Bonneville. Go to an auto parts store and get a Haynes or Chilton Repair Manual and look up the firing order and you'll find your diagram. I forget the order off the top of my head but it's something like 1-8-2-7-3-6-4-5. That's probably not right, the manuals will tell you the correct firing order and how to set your timing.
Usually order it through online and fix it by myself, or through a professional worker.
the same as the firing order set all your intake valves then go thur again and set your exh. valves.
what is the answer to the question i asked
The firing order will differ between the engine brands. The four stroke engines do need two revolutions instead of one to complete a cycle, and the firing order usually starts at one. Check for your exact engine for more specific details.
I have the same question! I think it is the result of an aftermarket cam set up.
use a pin
It should if you are following the firing order.
The firing order for a 1978 318 and 360 is: 1843657 with the distributor rotating clockwise. Timing should be set around 4 degrees btdc (before top dead center).
if your engine is one of the following 4zc1 4zd1 or 4ze1 motor then your firing order is 1-3-4-2 with ignition timing set btdc 6deg @ 800rev's idle speed 800 rev's
