you can't. There is no adjustment it is computer controlled.
327 is a Chevy motor. Mostly put in a older Impala or older Malibu, But you can do swap and put it in anything that has the same set up.
Hook up a dwell meter and turn the 1/8" hex screw on the point set to achieve 30 degrees dwell. (Engine running)
