Press mode button (bottom left) two times to get to alarm screen. Use start button (top right) to toggle between hour and minute on alarm, and change the flashing number with the bottom right button, and resume to the normal watch screen by pressing the bottom left button again.
If you want to change the time, do not change any alarm time, but instead press the bottom left to get into the time change screens, Use start button (top right) to toggle to the next setting, and change the flashing number with the bottom right button, and resume to the normal watch screen by pressing the bottom left button again.
There are many types of Athletic Works watches. These instructions don't work for all of them. And CR 2025 is the battery it requires, not the model number.

∙ 9y agoPress and hold the MODE button (bottom left) for approximately 3 seconds.
When the Alarm set time starts flashing, press the MODE button once more. Now the seconds for the watch time should be flashing.
Use the START/STOP button (top right) to move bewteen items and the SPL/RESET button (bottom right) to change the item.
Moving between all items, it will take you through: seconds, minutes, hours, month, date, day of the week. Simply press MODE when your settings are complete.

I have an athletics work watch model number aw60720w and can't get the alarm to shut off.When you have the watch in the regular time mode (nothing flashing) press and hold the lap/reset button; that will display your alarm time, then press the button right above it. You should hear hear a beep and the alarm icon (top left) will disappear.

The watch is preset to NYC as home. There is NO WAY to change it. To view the different beach locations press the upper right hand button until you get the location you wish. However, after about 10 seconds the display will go back to NYC as home.
