I am also trying to figure out how to loosen the tension on the timing belt to be able to get it back on after taking it off. It is already set in timing but it is way too tight to be able to get it on the top sprocket. Need answers ASAP 1991 Honda Accord.

There is no such thing as a V4 Honda Accord. The 2004 Inline 4 cylinder Honda Accord has a timing chain and it is not an item that you replace at a set interval. Normally it will last the life of the engine. The V6 has a Cam Belt that must be replaced every 110,000 miles.
