Press and hold select until a menu pops up and the first one should be clock adj. So just press the >>| button and then scroll with the volume knob until you get to the right hour, then press >>| again and do the same thing you did for the hour, only for the minute. Then press and hold the select knob for like 5 sec. ******The select knob is the volume knob. It turns into select when you push he knob in.

∙ 16y agoTo set time on a Sony HCD-ED1 you need to turn the system off. When the time is displaying use your remote and hit the enter button and the display button at the same time. The Hour will start to flash on the display. You then use the fast forward button on the remote to change the hour. When the hour is set hit the enter button to switch to the minute. Use the fast forward button on the remote to set the correct minute. Hit enter when done and the time will be set.
