Push the Time button once. This will change the Month/Day window to Alarm 1. Push the up button until the desired time zone is reached. Push the Time button twice more to return back to Month/Day display.

To set the time zone on a Sharp SPC 1003 atomic weather station clock, first press the "SET" button to enter the setup mode. If the clock has "+" and "-" buttons on the front of the clock, pressing and holding the "+" button will move the dark area (your time zone) from left to right, where Pacific Time is on the left of the map and Eastern Time is at the right of the map. I assume pressing the "-" button will move the dark area from right to left.
Leave it alone. The next time it gets a radio signal lock it will set itself. If it sets wrong, verify and if necessary correct the time zone.
