How do you set timing on Mitsubishi rvr diesel cant undo cam belt tensioner?

to undo cam belt tensioner you need to remove a/c compressor than the a/c bracket an you will feel 14mm bolt head on the back side of the tensioner you need to crack that to loosen tensioner.NOTE it all can be done with out touching the tensioner.. line all timing marks up than place new belts on
