i dun the timing on my gf punto mk1 ide say if u turn the bottom pully then make it so the piston is at the top of the head and he top pulley is in the 3 oclock position u cant go rong and the bottom pulley there is no need to set it up to the timing as this has a little nib sticking out wich the pulley wheel is held in place by bolts on and the little nib

Fiat doesn't sell cars in America (which is to say the United States and Canada - Fiat does sell in Mexico) because they don't pass the safety standards set by those two countries. It's not that the cars are poorly designed; they're just too small to drive alongside the Ford F-150's of this region. You could import one, theoretically, but it would have to pass all the safety and emissions standards laid out by the United States. Short answer: No, you can't drive a Fiat Punto in the United States.
