Ok, firstly make sure that your desktop is showing. Right-click on the desktop with your mouse,select the option: Personalize, find the option that says: "Screensaver" and then configure it to something you want.
To select the bubbles screen saver, go to your regular desktop then right click. Go to properties on the bottom, then click screensaver in the big window that pops up. You can pick the screensaver you want.

You cannot just set up windows 7. You have to either buy a new laptop/desktop/notebook with windows7 or buy it off Microsoft office website. Type it onto google and on their website type "buy windows 7 " ! Xxx lia xxx
