A Facebook account is registered for an individual. A Facebook page is set up for a business/brand.

13Yes, the legal age is set at thirteen (13) years old. This can be found under Facebook's terms and conditions found on their website, under 4.5 Registration and Account Security: You will not use Facebook if you are under 13.(See the Related link.)

i have made a facebook its quite easy. if you need help tell me.
I don't think so, no. The legal age on facebook's website is 13, so I assume that is the age it is safe for. Make sure you only friend people you know. Also, set up all the blocks available. :)
When you first go to Facebook, on the page where you can sign up or login, if you put in a wrong e-mail address or password, it will take you to a page that says something like, 'Try again', you can click the square that says 'Set Facebook as my home page.'
Facebook!
When you are logged off on Facebook, shows under the log on section, click and follow through: "Create a page". First, go onto your profile. Then go to any fan page. Next, you scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and look in the left hand side right under the fans. You'll see the words "Create A Page For My Business" Click on that and then you can set up a page. Second way: Type "Create a page" in search box and the rest is easy for you now.
Depends on a lot of things, whether you have manually set your profile to private, what you have your age set as, security details, etc. If you set your age for 18 or under, it will automatically be private, meaning only your friends can see it.
The person who visit your Facebook page are generally located on your friends list. If you suspect that a person is viewing your Facebook profile and you don't want them to, remove them from your list or set your page to private.
