You simply subscribe to a store from your "My eBay" summary page, by using the "subscriptions" link. There are a few requirements which vary according to which level of store you want to open and which is your home eBay site, but these requirements are very basic and should present you with no problem if you are already an eBay seller. Once you have subscribed, you are given some basic templates with which to set up your store - choose which you want and your store is opened. To find out more about the requirements on your own particular eBay site, visit the Help Center/Centre and type store (or shop) into the search bar and you'll find all the information you need.
