Select options/settings in that program click on video settings then on the selection bar select your webcam make adjustments to voice volume ect. and then click ok or save and that should be it.

First, you need to determine if the the mic is even on. Open your "control Pannel" and locate your "sounds and audio devices" double click the icon. In the box that opens, select the "Voice" Tab. Below the mic settings there is a button "test hardware" This will check your configuration and allow you to set up the mic and volume settings. (mic sensitivity) You should be ready to use it now.

I have found out the answer to my own question. It turns out under Services.msc I had my Human Interface disabled, and set to manual. After starting it, and resetting it to automatic, all my media and hot keys now fully function again. Thank you!
Camtasia is a pretty good screen capture program. Or you could use an online one like Screentoaster. As for exporting it as a webcam; Manycam is a webcam emulation software package. If you go into the source options you can set it to Desktop. The your screen will be exported to the Manycam virtual webcam.
