Voice memos are meant for you to be able to record voice messages and listen to them later, or send them to your contacts.

Honestly there is no way You cant do that or many other things such as fowarding messages.
The new apps you get on iOS 4.2.1 and higher are voice memos but it will require headphones with a speaker and game center.
