Open the battery slot and replace for new ones. Once you have done this, look for the reset button. It is not actually a button but should look like two small metal circles. To short them is to make a circuit between both circles. Simply grab a coin or screwdriver and touch both circles at the same time with the object. This should short or reset the remote.
