Look at the passenger side under the hood. The circular tube like thing is the blower. Unplug the wire from the blower to stop the motor. This will stop the motor, however, will not solve the problem. You may have to check the motor relays.
BAD FUSE SOUNDS NUTS BUT IT IS?
Climate control blower motor was the fix. The part cost 441 dollars.
Could be, a bad blower motor, a blown fuse, a bad resistor, a bad switch, damaged wiring,
Probably the control unit mounted underneath the relays by the firewall. Get a used one somewhere, but get a new blower (parts store item) to go with it. That might save you from having to buy an other controller.
Common causes, blower motor resistor, blower motor, wiring or controls
The most common problem when a car's heater fan doesn't shut off when the car is shut off is that the resistor on the blower motor has gone bad. The fuse that powers the resistor should also be checked.

Generally automotive blower motors are designed to run on the lowest speed even though the heater is turned off. The purpose is to circulate fresh air into the cab.
most likely cause is the timing is advanced too much and isnt shutting off properly
Blower motor bad. Blower resistor bad. Switch bad. Fuse blown.
Same problem on mine...I had the blower motor module replaced and it works great.
Should under dash on firwall near blower motor.
