Try a transmation unit, I would assume that the pH probe puts out either a 0 - 10 Vdc, 4 - 20mA signal. Set the Xmation unit to the similar and connect its output where the pH probe is sending its signal.
A pH probe is a device used to measure the acidity of a solution.
pH paper or a pH probe
pH is a potential, with no unit, it has no input and no output.
Through using the universal indicator or the PH probe.

a PH probe measures the concentration of Hydrogen ions in a solution in moles per litre. In less scientific terms it measures how acidic or basic a solution is.
A pH probe works by measuring the concentration of hydrogen ions in a solution. The probe contains a special sensor that generates a small voltage based on the hydrogen ion concentration. This voltage is then converted into a pH value, which indicates the acidity or alkalinity of the solution.
It is important for a fish aquarium owner to purchase a ph probe for their tank. It helps measure the pH levels in the water. Certain types of fish will only survive in water with a certain pH level and one would need to know what their tank pH level is for their fish to survive.
1934 by the chemist Arnold O. Beckman
wash the pH probe with distilled water and then dry it clean with tissue paper before and after testing the pH.
The purpose is to clean the probe and to avoid contamination of samples.
Use a pH probe- calibrate it with known solutions or use the manufacturers instructions and correct its pH for temperature and simply wash the probe with distilled water and stick it in you weak acid solution. If you question is really given a known weak acid what would its pH be if you made a certain concentration solution then that's much more complicated.
