On a Grand Cherokee replace the elelctric fan motor controller. It is located under the right headlight panel. You will likely have to cut a hole for access. It is importnat that you use a head conducting grease under the device to transfer heat away from the device to the inner fender. Be sure to mount this tightly. Also, if you have had repeated failures be shure to cahnge the radiator fan motor. It can pull too many amps and ruin the relay.
