You need to do an in-depth diagnosis of the problem to determine the cause, and repair it.
The light is not an oil light, it is an oil pressure warning light. It is on because you have low oil pressure. Stop driving this vehicle until you find out why the pressure is low. I would start by replacing the oil pressure sending unit as it may be defective. It that does not solve the problem then seek professional help.

put 35 pounds in all tires solve the best problems
by warning the people who throw anywhere not in the proper trashcan...
There is no way a user can reset the tire pressure light manually except to make sure there is tire pressure above 25-26 lbs on all 5 tires. The tire pressure system also monitors the tire pressure in the spare tire. So after you have checked that all the tires on the car (pressure should be about 32 lbs check your driver side door sticker for specifics) make sure to check the air pressure in the spare and fill as needed. This should solve your problem and turn that annoying little light off.
if the airbag warning light comes on it means most likely that your airbag system is faulty, it should be taken to a professional to be sorted out but often on mondeos it can be a yellow plug under the seat that needs removing being wiped/cleaned and plugged back in which can solve the problem, try this on both drivers seat and passengers seat, if it doesnt work take it to a dealer.
Well, first you start with a problem . . .
you go in the temel and look for it
You should solve the issue that caused the warning first or you may be in for trouble down the road. You can pull the codes at most auto parts stores or a mechanic can do it for you. That being said, if you pull the battery and turn the key to ON to discharge the power that should reset the light. If it returns immediately then you still have a problem. Also see:How_do_you_reset_the_Maintenance_Required_lamp_in_a_1994_Mitsubishi_Montero
Any engine warning light(s)? if so, address those, that should solve your problem. If it is hesitating when you accellerate then your clutch may be slipping (new clutch), or if it is iddling rough, check your spark plugs and/or plug wires and the coil packs for damage.
