Most likely, your computer is not a CD-RW burner, so it can play it, but not edit things on it. My suggestion, put it into a CD-RW burner or DVD Player with burner, then try again.

The main way is to go to my computer, Right click on the USB drive, It should say format, Click on it, It should say System, Click on which ever one you want, Click start. If this is where it goes wrong then.... Redo it all, except.... Click "Quick format". It may just be that your flashdrive has failed. In which case all you can do is throw it away & buy a new one. Flash drives are very sensitive to electrical spikes, it is easy to ruin them by accidentally unplugging them while they are working.
