If you are not part of the argument (the reason why they are arguing) then you should try not to get involved but you could just try and tell them that you don't like them arguing and that it makes you upset, because then they would feel bad and stop arguing. It kind of depends on what they are arguing about because if it is a very small thing then you could try and tell them that it was a silly thing to get in a fight about but if it is a very large thing that they have both been very upset by then you would be best to stay out of it.
Word of advice: Don't try. It never, ever works. You just end up on both of their bad sides, with a crapload of drama hanging dauntingly over your shoulder. Not fun stuff. Let them work it out themselves, don't get too involved!
