Depending on where your pool motor is located, you can hide the noise it creates by building a soundproof box around it.
Build a box with a top and three sides (leaving one side and the bottom open. Apply green glue to the box and then cover it with a second layer of wood or drywall, whichever you used to create the box. The Green Glue will rest between the two layers and absorb the sound the pool motor makes.
Paint or finish the box any way you'd like so that it matches the decor of your yard. Place the box over the motor and you'll immediately notice a huge difference in the amount of sound that escapes.
Pool motor is overheating and or a short in the motor. You need a professional pool tech to troubleshoot.
