Other than your Bio Page, no page on WikiAnswers is yours, and you cannot create another bio page, either.
Yes, you can email a page from WikiAnswers to a friend. You could hover your mouse over the big 'Share' button on the page, and then click the 'email' link. Then, a box should pop up and you type your email, the email you are sending it to, and a comment/note, if you want.
What page? Wikianswers? If so, then get off it.

The only reasons you shouldn't sign up for a WikiAnswers account are: * Your intent is to ask inappropriate questions and/or answer questions inappropriately. * Your intent is to vandalize WikiAnswers in any way. * If you are going to advertise your website or business everywhere but your Bio Page.
The WikiAnswers home page only show the newest questions (and there are new questions every few seconds) or the newest answers. So it's quite unlikely that you'll notice you question on the home page unless you have a tab of the WikiAnswers home page open and refresh the page instantly after posting you question.
