How do you speed up the whole video on Windows Movie Maker?

You can speed up the entire video by adding the Speed up Double effect.

> Click on Tools, Effects
> Choose: Speed Up, Double effect from the menu
> Drag and drop the effect into the lower left box on the video clip (in Storyboard view)
> Drag and drop the effect a second and third time if you want, for a really speedy effect
> Click the play button in the preview pane to see the effects in action.

You can remove effects by right-clicking the 'star' in the box and choosing Cut or Remove Effects.

The effects menu offers Speed Up, Double and Slow down, Half. You can add the Speed up Double effect several times to a clip by dragging the effect into the clip numerous times.
