I know Mandarin Garden is queit well school, i am sure Mandarin Garden is one of the biggest school in shanghai, I am sure Mandarin Garden have their advantage in field of teaching mandarin.but i am not sure which mandarin is the best.
Mandarin Garden is pretty good. My friend learned Chinese Mandarin in the school in 2012. Now he can speak Chinese fluently. You can have a try if you believe my suggestion.
