Prime it first with a spray aerosol then paint with aerosol colour .
It depends wether its paint or ink or spraypaint. Its too difficult to remove spraypaint so you will have to paint over that. if its ink try axe body spray and nail polish remover and if its normal paint ty paint thinner, and nail polish remover

Buy a small can of Matte spraypaint in whatever colour looks good with the surroundings, or just your favorite colour, and then buy acrylic spray. Apply 2 coats of the paint and one or two of the fixative and voila!
Yes, but you will need a lacquer-free paint - otherwise it will dissolve. Rust-o-leum makes a plastic safe paint and model airplane paint is also safe to use.
