It depends on what you mean. If it is a spot on your neck then put a finger on both sides and try to bring your two fingers together. If it is a spot on a table then you can't really squeeze it. It's flat.
Spots when squeezed can give out - grease, liquid or the commonly known puss. If when a spot is squeezed it fails to pop this means it is not yet ready to be squeezed.
Different spots give a different waste when squeezed/popped -
Pussy spots -
These spots are usually more visible than others. colour can vary from a yellow to a infections green. Found in any area of the face.
*when squeezed* - The puss/infection will come out as a fluid/paste or both, blood is also common.
White heads -
Similar to the pussy spots but are usually smaller and paler in colour, being a whitish yellow. These spots also contain puss. Found in any area of face.
*when squeezed* - very similar result to the pussy spot only that the puss/infection is often paler.
Black heads -
These spots are the smallest on your face usually found around or on your nose. They are often small and near a black colour. If black heads are not squeezed or treated they may develop into a white head.
*when squeezed* - A plug of hard grease will come out as yellowish colour.
*To prevent return of spot after squeezing -
When squeezing make sure to have clean hands. Wrap two pieces of clean tissue around both fingers. Also make sure your face is clean. 'Squeeze spot.' If you struggle to squeeze the spot, leave it until it is ready.
If spot was squeezed successfully clean area with warm water and if you have any face cleanser that will work well (e.g. TCP).
*Remember do not squeeze a spot with out a head, or you risk scaring.
Hope this helped took me for ever :D

Because if you don't squeeze it, it won't fit together and it will be a pile of snowflakes. You can't really make a snowball/ball if you don't squeeze it. If do it will just crinkle up and break.
because all the space in the syringe is taken up by water. If you squeeze the syringe it will break.
We can't squeeze a sealed plastic syringe full f water because all the space in the syringe has already been occupied by water and as a result, there is no space left to squeeze. If we attempt to do so , then the syringe will burst or crack.
