How do you start a honda civic 1.4i that has not been used in 2 years it has half tank fuel still and ok lvl of oil tried jump starting it an using wd40 on spark plugs?

You will find it difficult to jump start a vehicle with a dead battery. Try charging the battery first to see if can be saved or not. If not, replace the dead battery with a good one.
