If you plan on transporting throughout SD county then you will have to have a business license in each city. You must also have sufficient knowledge of quick books or other billing system. This is a very competitive field and if you are going to offer wheelchair and ambulatory services make sure your ambulatory services match the cab companies because otherwise people will just take a cab. You can also market to active seniors and care facilities. You can make a lot of money in this field if you know how to do it. Great people skills are a must and a website is a plus. This is a very involved process but it can be done with patience and a lot of hard work.
