first you have to decide if you are for or against it.. then you have to figure out all of the main points that you would like to cover and include the sub points then form your body from there.. my teacher told our class to write the body first and then turn around and write the introduction, attention getter and conclusion... dont forget your transitions and .. dont use contractions lol hope this helped
