To just start randomly talking to someone is easy for some and hard for others, just cassually walk up to them and say hi, ask them what there up to, introduce yourself and ask them if they live around there. If you cant keep the conversation going and you need a quick exit, dont freak out, just ask say "hey...do you know where the bathrooms are"? If this doesnt work i dont know what to tell you.
