Hey...
Im not gonna say how its the wrong choice, cuz honestly i really need to do it aswell. Well heres a few things:
- You have to have alot of brain strength, what i mean is it takes so much mental strength to starve yourself
- after a while of starving yourself you start getting a little crazy, and you dont really feel hungry
- my best advice for you is tell them you had a massive lunch and you're really not that hungry
- say you dont feel well, and it will probally pass (just incase there over protective and want to take you to the doctor)
I think that is all... I hope you have the willpower :)
One more thing, i was doing an essay 4 skool... nd i found out that this girl lived on a diet of tomatoes and apples, she died. And another who lived on Diet Coke and lettuce leaves for 3 months and died. They were both diagnosed to have starved themselves... :)
also, to make you feel better... work out ur BMI its your:
height x height= _____
THEN
weight divided by _____
18 and under is underweight
18-24 is healthy
24 and above is overweight :)

Just say you're going out with friends and you're gonna eat with them & tell your friends you'll eat later at home. It works for me. Or if they allow you to eat in your room, throw it out of the window. If not. Chew & spit it in whatever you're drinking.
