Okay so if junk food is your mortal enemy right now, and you have a love hate relationship heres what you do. When you wake up drink a glass of water and wait 5 minutes before you eat your breakfast this way you start your day healthy and any hunger mistaken for thirst will be abolished. Always eat your breakfast its the most important meal of the day and if you eat a nice healthy breakfast such as a fruit salad or some special k its much less likely that you snack on junk food later in the day and it keeps your brain alert so you can Dodge the junk easier. For lunch try something new instead of your usual lunch this way you can open your horizons on the healthy food front and may even discover a healthier obsession than chocolate or crisps etc id recommend a low fat sandwich on brown bread for example chicken salad sandwich on brown bread with low fat dressing and if your still hungry have a low fat yoghurt or a go ahead snack bar, its much easier to dodge the junk if you create a healthy lunch routine but don't forget the variety in your diet as this is the key to healthy eating. A big tip is to always drink a glass of water before and after every meal and wait five minutes as alot of hunger is mistaken for thirst carry a bottle of water in your bag so you don't snack as much, carry fruit with you and don't buy junk food for your house its easy not to eat it when its just not there. Also treat yourself one day a week and eat whatever you want, but be careful make sure its only once a week otherwise the days will just get shorter and shorter until your back to your old ways. Mostly always remember it will take some time to loose weight and get into some new habits so don't give up its a long journey to your perfect body but its a great accomplishment when you get there.
