If they have not been spayed or neutered, that is the first step! Hormones can make them overly aggresive/territorial. If that doesnt work or they have already been fixed, try profesional training. Their past could have alot to do with the reason they are aggresive; if they were abused as a puppy, or not given enough food and had to fight with another dog for it, it could contribute to their disobedence! Always keep your aggresive dog on a leash to avoid any unnessarcy confrontations!
NO! You have to spay or neuter.
this question makes no sense
No.
You have to give it a treat.
to stop your dog from being clingy, you must be firm with it, push it away soon it will realise that you dont want it round you all the time.
My interpretation of this question was how early can you get a dog neutered and will this stop them from being dominant. A dog can be neutered at around six months and it will often make them less dominant.
Are you dating a teen dog? Give him some toys and a treat :)
Just show them both the same amount of love every day don't just love on the new dog all the time give them both love and show her she is not being replaced.

You should take the dog to a vet who will give it medication that will stop the milk from being produced.
